A case of Tuberculous Appendicitis with Ileocecal Intussusception in Child

Abstract
Tuberculosis confined to the appendix is exceedingly rare, although tuberculous involvement in the presence of tuberculosis elsewhere in the body is not uncommon.
Recently, we had experienced a case of tuberculous appendicitis after incidentals appendectomy for the operation of the ileocecal intussusception.
The leading point of the intussusception was thought to be tuberculous appendicitis. The diagnosis was made on pathological examination.
A case of tuberculous appendicitis is presented with a brief review of the literatures.
